SMS Terms

BitButler works over text messages. This page covers what we send, how often, and how to stop.

What you are agreeing to

When you give us your number you agree to receive text messages from BitButler: a reply to what you asked, a receipt for what was bought, and a note when something you ordered has shipped or failed.

What we will not send

We do not send marketing messages. We do not send a message because it has been a while. If you have not texted us and nothing you ordered has changed, we have no reason to write and we will not.

How often

As often as you text us, and no more. The waiting list sends one message when a place opens up.

Stopping

Text STOP to any message. The account freezes immediately: nothing more can be bought and we stop messaging. It is handled in code and the agent has no say in it.

Text HELP for a reply with how to reach a person.

Cost

We do not charge for messages. Your own operator may, at whatever your plan says for receiving and sending texts. Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers

Messages can be delayed or dropped by a mobile network, and we cannot guarantee delivery. If something you expected has not arrived, text us again — a repeated request is better than a missed one.
